Aprox. 6% de graduação alcoólica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="left"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="left"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;&gt; 3 kg de extrato de malte Pilsner;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="left"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;&gt; 18 g de lúpulo amargo Tetnang;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="left"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;&gt; 15 g de lúpulo aroma Hallertauer;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="left"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;&gt; 90g de grãos de guaraná;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="left"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;&gt; Uma unidade de fermento/levedura 'Safbrew T-58';&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="left"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;&gt; 1.2 kg de açúcar mascavo;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="left"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Procedimento:&lt;/strong&gt; Misturar o extrato de malte, grãos, açúcar e guaraná com aproximadamente 20l de água e fervê-los por 60 min. em ponto de ebulição .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="left"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;Depois que esfriar, filtrar a mistura, e despejá-la dentro de uma grande vasilha lacrável.&lt;br /&gt;Adicione o fermento e deixe a vasilha lacrada num local com temperatura ambiente e estável por aprox. 2 semanas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="left"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;Depois que terminar o período da primeira fermentação, transferir a mistura para um conteiner esterilizado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="left"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;Quando engarrafada, adicionar quatro gramas de açúcar (dissolvida em água) por litro de cerveja, e um pouco do resto de levedura da primeira fermentação.
